A DEDICATED TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS:

At Zahn Court Reporting, we require all of our court reporters to obtain national certification through the National Court Reporters Association (at a minimum, the Registered Professional Reporter designation). This RPR certification verifies that a court reporter is capable of court reporting up to 225 words per minute with 95 percent accuracy, has a general knowledge of the legal environment, and has the technical skills to accurately transcribe what they have reported. At Zahn, certification gives us that warm and fuzzy feeling of confidence in our court reporters and allows us to focus our energies on you, our clients, to ensure that we exceed your expectations.

When lives and liberties are on the line, the competency of the court reporter creating the record is critical.

Zahn Court Reporting recognizes each and every case is dependent on the accuracy of the record, and we strive to employ only the most skilled and professional court reporters and videographers. Whether you need the transcript in real time or regular delivery, we deliver. Transcripts are on time every time, and working within your time restraints is what we do best.

INNOVATION + DEDICATION

We have extensive experience reporting patent, medical malpractice, maritime, asbestos, personal injury cases on the civil side, and federal grand jury and state felony cases on the criminal side. With offices in Norfolk and Richmond and reporters and videographers scattered throughout Virginia, we essentially cover Route 64 from Chesapeake to Roanoke and Route 95 North to Fredericksburg; however, client referrals have led to our covering assignments in the countries of England, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Lichtenstein, Cyprus, Turkey, Israel, South Africa, Switzerland, Scotland, Taiwan, Slovenia, and the Ukraine.

While leading the pack on the technological side of court reporting, Zahn Court Reporting recognizes that the lifeblood of a good business is the people behind the technology. We aim to balance our state-of-the-art technology with good old-fashioned customer service because your satisfaction and repeat business is our main objective.
